At Happy Pageant, we're committed to operating with integrity, honesty, and transparency. We believe in treating all women with the respect they deserve and want to support their efforts. We believe that everyone should have access to the tools and resources they need to achieve their goals and live their best lives by working on healthy self-care maintenance. This 18+ and older group of women will elevate their overall health and not only receive support but give it as well leading to a balanced wealth of happiness.

- Monthly group lecture from industry experts and discussion with support among other members.
- Option to receive a self-care certification for the month(upgrade).

The Self-Care Competition($49) will be held virtually in May 2024 for any current members that want to embrace their self-care journey and would like to share their experience and be recognized as a leader with a soft competition to award achievement. (possible in person opportunity-TBD)

The Self-Care Competition($49) will be held virtually in May 2024 for any current members that want to embrace their self-care journey and would like to share their experience and be recognized as a leader with a soft competition to award achievement. (possible in person opportunity-TBD)
The winner will be given the award in the area of self-care that they have concentrated their efforts.

Happiness Creator-Britton Allen
Britton has been married to her best friend for almost 12 years. Together they have a
five-year-old son and a very large dog. Britton is a certified life coach and inner-child coach.
For the last year, she has been focused on healing her OWN inner child mentally and
emotionally, while passionately educating others on where to start their own re-parenting journeys.
This year, she’s taking those skills to the next level- launching inner-child workshops in her local area. She’s also discovering the impact childhood wounds have had on her both physically and financially. She is already working to heal those wounds, and she’s so excited to share her journey!

Happiness Creator-Lala Crosby
A wife and mother of five boys with a background in dentistry. I have served the dental community for the past 20 years. My passion is taking care of my patients and leading my team. I earned my EFDA license at The Ohio State University. After fifteen years of working clinically chairside, I have grown into a leadership position leading an amazing dental team.
A teen mom who has overcome many obstacles. Earning the title Mrs. Ohio Prime Division 3 in 2022 and Mrs. Alumni Prime in 2023 was a pivotal period in my life. Through hard work, personal development and commitment I continue working on becoming the best version of myself.
When I am not watching my boys on the sidelines of a field or a mat, I enjoy traveling to the beach, cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes and reading a good book!
